Description
A large stoneware centerpiece plate, thrown on the wheel for extra durability. The whole surface is decorated entirely by hand: fine branches with small leaves run across the plate, drawn one by one, while broad sweeps of speckled green glaze layer over them, adding depth and movement. Against the speckled cream base the linework stands out with delicacy. A wide, striking piece, perfect as a centerpiece or as a decorative object. Hand-painted, each plate is unique and one of a kind.
